Ultra-modern PUR foam machines enable the manufacture of low-flammability foam materials, which meet all modern standard requirements.
All foam material compositions are manufactured under constant inspection of the production and quality management and are rigorously improved upon.
All manufacturing processes comply with the directives of the EASA, part 21G.
Moreover, Vauth & Sohn possess a fire testing laboratory and are authorised to carry out fire testing in accordance with FAR standards.

Today Vauth & Sohn produce a multitude of foam materials for use in the field of aviation. These are used for passenger seats, flight attendant seats and pilot seats.
Furthermore, integral foam parts are manufactured for different uses within the aircraft cabin, such as armrest padding, monitor frames, bumpers, telephone receivers etc.
The product portfolio is completed by the addition of plastic parts, polyester laminates, dress covers and various special products.
